Our story, our values
2016 – The duo behind GEAE Bâtiment
GEAE Bâtiment was founded in 2016 based on a simple observation—one too often overlooked in the construction industry: the challenge for a client to manage multiple companies and contractors for a single renovation project.
At the time, Gaëtan, already active in the construction sector for several years, faced this issue daily. Too many projects were delayed due to a lack of coordination between trades, poorly managed timelines, or ineffective communication between providers and clients.
From this hands-on experience came an ambitious idea: bring together all the essential expertise—from structural work to finishing—within a single organization. Offer clients one single point of contact, capable of managing the entire site with a comprehensive vision, smooth coordination, and consistent execution quality.
And then one day, like a playful challenge, the idea clicked:
“Dare you start our own company together?”
A bet made between two passionate individuals… and accepted without hesitation.
At that time, Céline came from a background in management and accounting, with solid experience in administrative and financial oversight. She quickly joined Gaëtan in this venture. Together, they formed a complementary duo, in both life and work, sharing the same vision of a family-run, reliable, and committed renovation company.
2020 – The duo behind GEAE Bâtiment
Today, GEAE Bâtiment relies on an experienced and multidisciplinary in-house team, capable of handling all building trades: masonry, plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, tiling, as well as roofing and façade restoration work.
Our administrative team handles project follow-up and all legal procedures, such as building permits or prior declarations, to provide our clients with full and stress-free support.
2024 – A key industry player
The team undergoes regular training to offer modern, sustainable, and high-performance solutions.
Recently graduated in interior architecture and design, Céline brings genuine added value, especially for investors looking to enhance their properties through coherent design, optimized space, and style.
